The process for obtaining e-signatures within the Monday.com CRM platform lacked efficiency and user-friendliness. Users faced challenges integrating e-signature workflows into their existing processes, leading to potential delays and confusion. As a result, there was a need to streamline the e-signature workflow and improve the overall user experience.

User research: I conducted user interviews and surveys to identify the pain points of Monday.com CRM users related to e-signatures. The research highlighted issues such as complexity, time-consuming steps, and a lack of seamless integration.

Define user personas: Based on research findings, I contributed to the creation of user personas that represent the target audience of the GetSign tool. Factors such as job roles, familiarity with e-signatures, and specific user challenges were considered to ensure the design aligns with their needs.

Information architecture: Leveraging research insights, I helped restructure the app’s navigation and content, prioritizing key features and optimizing information flow to enhance usability and streamline user interactions.

Development: I collaborated closely with developers to implement the GetSign tool within the Monday.com platform. This involved ensuring smooth API integration, conducting thorough usability testing, collecting feedback from beta testers and early adopters, and iterating on the design to continuously improve the product.

Design: My work included creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize the user experience and applying user-centered design principles to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
